On the seventeenth stop of the Bluemovement Road Trip, United by Blue, the City of Lawrence Parks and Recreation Dept., and Sunflower Outdoor and Bike Shop joined forces for their first ever joint waterway cleanup in Lawrence, KS on the Kansas River! The crew removed 254.5 pounds of trash and recycling from the riverbanks and surrounding trails. Check out the Bluemovement photo album to catch pictures of the cleanup, and follow the Bluemovement Road Trip along its journey here!
