Haul
1,940 lbs.

With the help of over 100 volunteers, Subaru of America, Inc., STATE & UNION, Trail Creek Outfitters and the First State National Historical Park, we reached our quarter million pound milestone! We've been travelling across the country for 5 years, across 23 states and with the help of close to 5,000 volunteers, have cleaned over 250,000 lbs. from oceans and waterways. At the Brandywine Creek, we removed 1,940 lbs. of trash and debris from the water and surrounding land. Weird trash finds included a pile of forgotten shoes, wallet, hubcap, rollerblade, lots of underwear, wood flooring, and much, much more.

Special thanks to 1-800-GOT-JUNK for the donated trash and recycling removal service as well as Hot Spot Pizza for our great lunch.
