On Friday, May 25thLundrigans ClothingECO  SWIM BY AQUA GREEN, three classes of Walker Hackensack Akeley Elementary 4th graders and the UBB team could be found in Walker City Park, cleaning up debris from along Leech Lake. 

Students and community volunteers armed with bags and data cards spent their early morning field trip picking up 115.2 pounds of trash. Students picked up quite the collection of trash from this pristine park: 109 plastic cutlery pieces, 311 food wrappers and containers, 292 plastic bottles, 86 cans and 330 cigarette butts.
