United By Blue and a crew of 40 volunteers met at Penn Treaty Park for a cleanup of the Delaware River and park. Sparkler shells were abundant; no surprise, as we visited right after the 4th of July holiday. Among the weird trash found: a suitcase, "How Not To Date" book, leg brace, warped bike and puzzle pieces. Little Baby's Ice Cream scooped up chocolate, bourbon-bourbon vanilla and coconut-lime (dairy free!) ice cream treats to help beat the July heat!
