As proud purveyors of outdoor-approved and environmentally friendly apparel and accessories, we’re always game to trade out city sidewalks for a well-worn trail. And since we’ve been known to spend our weekends chasing views of Pennsylvania’s Loyalsock Creek Gorge or crossing another Adirondack 46er off our list, we asked our Philadelphia & New York teams to share a handful of their go-to trails.

The highlights: A stunning introduction to the Adirondacks that includes views of Rainbow Falls. (Pro tip: Go at sunrise to see the sky and beat the crowds.)

Cascade Mountain

The drive: 4 hours, 45 minutes from UBB Nolita
The trail: 4.8 miles
The highlights: Elevation gain makes for a challenging trail, but it’s easily the most accessible of the 46 Adirondack High Peaks.


Mount Jo

The drive: 5 hours from UBB Nolita
The trail: 2.5 miles
The highlights: A short hike with incredible views (go on a clear day and you’ll spot Mt. Marcy). You can cool down post-trek with a quick dip in Heart Lake.
