Title:  Customer Experience Phone Representative

Overview:  

Customer experience is one of the most important teams for an e-commerce business. United By Blue is seeking kind and hardworking individuals to join our customer experience team full time with a focus on providing customers with excellent support via phone calls. This role will involve answering customer phone calls, processing returns for exchange and/or refund, as well as creating exchange orders per customers' requests. The position will directly report to the Customer Experience Manager. T his position is a 40 hour per week position, but you may be working non-traditional hours including some weekends. Starting pay in this role is $11/hour.


What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for answering calls 
  • Assist customers with placing orders over the phone
  • Lookup orders, inventory levels, tracking information and other information a customer may inquire about
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Process returns ensuring items are properly returned to inventory and customers are refunded accurately
  • Create and execute exchange orders 
  • Quality check returned items to ensure top notch, unused products are returned to inventory to be resold
  • Restock returned items in the pick and pack section of our distribution center
  • Supply customers with requested prepaid return labels via email
