Direct to Consumer Operations Intern

Overview
To support the operations team in executing Ecommerce and Retail initiatives and goals. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Ecommerce operations Support
    • Monitor & correct Ecommerce order errors/issues daily to ensure orders flow accurately across multiple systems and integrations
    • Daily check Advanced Order Management (split shipping ecomm orders) flows systematically 
    • Work cross functionally with marketing x product teams to manage item samples at HQ
    • Support Shopify special projects as assigned
  • 3rd Party Buying Support
    • Work alongside D2C Ops Manager & Creative Merchant to support dropshipping program and non-inventory item uploads 
    • 3rd party item and PO uploads 
    • Update 3rd party items & purchase orders as needed 
  • Retail Operations Support
    • Send communication to stores regarding upcoming inbound shipments (weekly)
    • Assist with store replenishment transfer orders (weekly or bi-weekly)
    • Receive store transfer orders shipments systematically (weekly)
    • Support with AOM (fulfilling Ecomm orders from stores) including going to the stores and helping to ship orders out if needed
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
