Full medical coverage is offered to all full time salaried and hourly United By Blue employees after a 30-day waiting period. You must either enroll in benefits or waive benefit coverage within your first 30 days of employment.
Spouses, same sex Domestic Partners and children of United By Blue employees may be eligible to receive benefits coverage under the United By Blue Benefit Plan at the full coverage rate.

UBB offers a 401(k) savings plan to all employees who have completed six (6) months of service and are age 18 or older. Employees can enroll in the 401(k) plan during the first quarterly open enrollment period following six months of service with the company.
