Promotional Period Policy
United By Blue allows 1 promotional period per season in which in-season United By Blue product may be advertised at below MSRP. Details of promotional period are as follows:
The Spring/Summer 2018 season runs 2/1/18 - 7/1/18
The Fall/Winter 2018 season runs 7/1/18 - 1/15/19
The maximum length per promotional period is 10 days
The maximum discount for each promotional period is 20% below MSRP
UBB must be notified via email at least 30 days prior to promo period
Amazon.com is excluded from this promotional period.
Non Carry Forward Product Policy
Any product that does not carry forward to the next season is permitted to be sold below MSRP at the end of the product’s season. The dates below detail the dates of when Fall/Winter 2017 (FW17), Spring/Summer 2018 (SS18), and Fall/Winter 2018 (FW18) product may be sold below MSRP.
2/1/18 – Product may be sold at below MSRP for non-carryforward FW17 product
7/1/18 – Product may be sold at below MSRP for non-carryforward SS18 product
1/15/19 – Product may be sold at below MSRP for non-carryforward FW18 product
Only retailers who have written consent may sell UBB product via Amazon.com
Under no circumstance can MSRP be broken on Amazon.com for in-line product.
All revisions or cancellations must be made within 3 weeks of the start-ship date
Revisions within 3 weeks will not be accepted and order will ship in full on original ship date
Revisions resulting in a deduction of more than 15% of the gross order forfeit any prebook terms - ASAP terms of Net30 would then apply
