"Cold water was still cold at 14 hours. Good enough for me, as I usually consume my water within 9 hours. Hot coffee was barely warm, after 4 or 5 hours; room temperature, after that. Very disappointed. How can they claim 12 hours?"

Is your 32 oz 3.5 in in diameter around the base or at the narrowest part of the neck? I am curious because I want a bottle easy to clean where my hand can fit inside to wash it.
