The Westward Tote is built with X-Pac VX21 Ocean Edition — a technical fabric made from 100% recycled fishing nets recovered directly from the ocean.
It's waterproof at 200+ psi, lighter than canvas, and extremely durable. The DWR-coated face repels water on contact, while X-Ply reinforcement gives the bag its structured feel.
As with all of our products, every United By Blue product also removes one pound of trash from waterways.
