RETURNS HAPPEN

Don’t worry, we understand. We have a 30 day return policy for just about every product at United By Blue (see below for exclusions). Here’s a few things to note if you’re making a return:

THE NITTY GRITTY

Most* United By Blue products are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund or exchange. Items must have been purchased from unitedbyblue.com and must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unwashed, unworn, and tags still attached). If used items are returned, a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit.

*The following items do not qualify for returns or exchanges: 

- Items marked as final sale

- Warehouse and sample sale purchases

- Gift cards

Change your mind after starting a return and need to send an additional item or different item back to us instead? Please reach out to us for help before popping that into the mail.

How to Make A Return

Please go to returns.unitedbyblue.com and fill out the return form

Please note, your exchange order will not ship until your return shipment has received a scan from USPS. If you select an exchange, but the item sells out before your return is finalized, the exchange will default to a refund.

Are you a Blue Crew member in the Wave Maker or Force of Nature tier? You qualify for free returns in the US! Otherwise, all refunds require an $8.00 processing fee, which will automatically be deducted from your refund. Exchanges and returns for store credit are free.

Items purchased internationally must be returned at the shipping cost of the buyer.
