Silk Road Bazaar's one-of-a-kind ornaments are made by a women-led, women-run cooperative called Kork, based in mountainous villages across Kyrgyzstan. Kork is Fair Trade Certified, which means every purchase supports the artists fairly while empowering them economically and socially.
