“I LOVE this backpack. I bought it about nine months ago and it still looks fantastic - and I use bags quite heavily. It's super sturdy and completely dependable. The shoulder straps are comfy and you can fit a surprising amount into it, especially with the zip/roll-top feature (which I love) which means that you can make the bag bigger or smaller depending on what's in it. For lighter loads, you can roll the top down and shorten the closing strap; if you're going out and taking everything but the kitchen sink, you can do away with the closing strap altogether and simply zip the top closed. Even full to the brim, the bag is easy to use and carry around. The colour is great and the materials used are obviously very durable, while also looking smart. Delivery was quick, considering I'm in the UK and it came from the US.
Overall, this is an excellent product. Considering that there is very minimal wear and tear to it so far, I'll be using it for some time - thank you so much for making such an eco-friendly, high-performing product!!”
