“I wear these in my unheated, converted garage. I could never seem to wear thick enough socks before to stay warm during the winter. These wool boots keep my feet at the perfect temperate. Plus, they're comfortable and stylish! I read some reviews that the slippers run small, and I knew I'd be wearing socks most of the time. I normally wear a shoe size 8.5-9. I ordered a size 40 even though they suggested 39. If I wasn't wearing thick socks most of the time, I think 39 would have been good, but the 40's work well for me.”
