Ran bigger than expected.

Love the look but poor fit
"I really love the style and look of these boots, had been watching them for a while before deciding to buy them (being on sale helped). They were the right length and comfortable except for the heel which was oddly wide - so wide and loose no matter how I tied the laces that I had to send them back. I was so disappointed they didn’t work out!"

Fit really strange
"I don't know if I just have weird feet or what, but these shoes fit really strangely. They were easy too tight on my toes and way too loose on my heel. No matter how much I tighted them. The arch also hit my foot in the wrong place. They seemed to be high quality. Just fit weird"
