"I absolutely love this mug! It’s a great size, and super helpful that the size is written fairly obviously on it as I mostly bring it to stores to have filled. My only problems with it are that it takes a lot of effort to get the lid completely on (I’ve gotten little cuts on my fingers from tightening the lid) and if it is even a little bit loose it will leak everywhere and my other problem is that it is not dishwasher safe so it does take more effort to clean (and it wastes water to clean it individually from everything else). However, those two problems don’t stop me from loving this mug and I use it all the time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable travel mug."
