“I ordered the set of four white stoneware bowls. When I got them, one had a chip/crack so I reached out to customer service about getting a replacement. They promptly replied to my request and I was sent a new shipping confirmation. To my surprise, I received a whole new set! As always, this was a positive shopping experience and I love these bowls. They're a bit bigger than the other household bowls that we have which is perfect. They're "hand wash" only but that's not a problem since I don't have a dishwasher anyway. Thanks UBB!”
