Tiered Seersucker Dress

With airy sleeves, light and textured seersucker fabric, and an all-over beach print, this dress was made for summer. We fitted it with some extra, easygoing details like a self tie at the front and a touch of ruffles at the cuffs to add to the carefree look and feel.
