Review & Reward Promotion – Official Rules

1. Eligibility
   The Review & Reward Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
   Employees, contractors, and immediate family/household members of United By Blue are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

   There are two ways to enter:

   1. 1. Review Entry (Incentivized Review):
   • 1. • During the Promotion Period, leave an honest review of an eligible United By Blue product on UnitedByBlue.com or United By Blue’s designated review platform.
        • Reviews may be positive, negative, or neutral. Review sentiment does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.
        • After posting your review, submit your screenshot and email via the form on this page.
        • Limit one (1) entry per person via review submission.
          
          
     2. Free Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase or Review Necessary):
   • • • To enter without making a purchase or leaving a review, send an email to  orders@unitedbyblue.com with the subject line: “Review & Reward Promotion Entry”.
       • Include your full name and email address in the body of the email.
       • Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.

3. Promotion Period

   1. Entries will be accepted beginning on January 24th at 12:00 AM ET and ending on January 31st at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

   Eligible participants who properly submit an entry via method A (review + form) will receive one (1) promo code valid for 50% off a single full‑priced item on unitedbyblue.com.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• • One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received within 7 days of the Promotion Period end date.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • The potential winner will be notified via the email associated with their entry and must respond within 72 hours. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Review Disclosure and Neutrality

• • Submitting a review is voluntary. Reviews may be positive or negative. Incentives (discounts and entries) are not contingent on review rating, sentiment, or content, only on valid completion and submission.
    All reviews remain subject to United By Blue’s standard moderation guidelines and platform terms.

7. General Conditions 
   • United By Blue reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these rules.
     By entering, participants release and hold harmless United By Blue from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
