"LOVE this bag, exactly what I was looking for. Large main compartment with lots of smaller ones to slip things in. The side compartments fit women's sneakers (size 8 US). I also like that the clasps are metal and not plastic and the colors are beautiful (even waited for it to be restocked). Biggest perk is that it is environmentally conscious. The bag doesn't have a rigid frame so it is more like a traditional duffle bag. Would 100% purchase again."

fantastic bag, supply chain was tricky...
"My girlfriend bought one of these, I swiped it from her for a month-long trip abroad and it was excellent. Design and build quality both very solid; the exterior side pocket and the inside of lid pocket are both great, and finding lightweight duffels with pockets at both ends is not easy. My friend with a hard-side rolly case had to gate check it on an Air Canada Embrauer jet, but I breezed thru and crammed this bag into the overhead bins. I can nit-pick anything (a four star rating is very high for me), my only issues with this bag are that the black lining makes seeing contents trickier, and the padding on the shoulder strap has a tendency to flip to the wrong side. It's fine in light rain but I wouldn't rest it in a puddle or expect the contents to be bone dry after hiking thru a downpour, but a waterproof bag from another company that I have in this size is close to twice as heavy. The supply chain on these can be rough... I had particularly bad luck, but it took me six months to get one. It was out of stock, the ecommerce site was down for weeks, there was a warehouse fire, the color selection has been uneven, a sale price vanished while I had it in my cart. So if you want one of these and like a color you see and it's available, don't hesitate. On the company, I'd never heard of them before my girlfriend found them. Email support was very solid during all the ups and downs; getting replies that sound like a real person and not a script always makes me feel better about supporting a company, and the "tell me when it's back in stock" email system worked. Bigger companies I wrote or called when shopping often couldn't tell me anything about a bag that wasn't on the website, and not all the websites listed weight!"
