Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we have a 60 day return policy for all products at United by Blue. Here are a few details if you’re making a return:
All United by Blue products are guaranteed for 60 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a full refund or exchange. The item must have been purchased from unitedbyblue.com. Items must be returned in their original condition. For example, this means that as much as we love dogs - products cannot be returned with dog hair (or human hair) due to allergy/sanitary reasons. If used items are returned a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit.
With our Free Exchanges, Easy Returns program, United By Blue is happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label at returns.unitedbyblue.com within 60 days of purchasing. Customers requesting an exchange will receive a free return label. Customers requesting a return for refund will receive a refund for the returned item(s), less any shipping fees (the initial shipping fee + $8 return shipping fee).
Please go to returns.unitedbyblue.com. You will have the option to enter the email address or order number and shipping address zip that you used when you made your order. Please then click “Start A Return.” You will then receive an email (if you entered your email) from which you can access the Returns Center or you will be taken to there directly if you entered your order number and zip. Once you access the Return Center, please choose which item you would like to return and select the reason - this will prompt you to make either a return or exchange.
You will then be able to print a pre-paid USPS shipping label. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package and schedule a USPS pickup or drop it off at your local post office! Please note that the return label fee is $8, which will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free!
When we receive your package we will process an exchange or issue a refund within 2 weeks of receipt in accordance with our policies.
