“The beanie was the best my husband ever had. He was extremely happy with it. He is bald and in cold, windy weather, this is a problem. Other beanie's don't protect enough against the wind. They go straight through the cap. This one he says you don't feel a thing.
I tried it on myself and it seemed warm. My head is smaller than my husbands and it still fit snuggly.
My husband is still raving about it! Considering that we live in NYC, and this winter was one of the colder ones, this cap was a very welcome purchase!”

damp, wet cold in Bama!
"This is the first winter my husband has been on blood thinners. He can never seem to get warm enough. That is why I bought this beanie in hopes while he hunts it would keep him warm. GOOD NEWS! He loves it, said his head was the only part of him that stayed warm at 28 degrees. Great product. Thank you!"

A little snug
"The beanie is soft and warm. Definitely warm. But you have to get through an itchy stage first. Maybe it's just because I'm a balding dude, and perhaps I'm just extra prone to itchy beanies or something, but I don't have that issue with it anymore after a few wears. The problem is that this thing is small. For an average-sized man, I've been told that I have a tiny man-baby head, and I'm pretty sure my normal-sized 7 year old boy has a bigger head than me. With that said, this beanie is small on me. Maybe it will stretch over some time, but I think anyone that wears a hat size of 7 or larger might have some issues."

"Really like this beanie as it’s quite surprisingly warm! I have the bison socks and have always been amazed at how much warmer they are than even my wool socks, so I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised when this hat was exceptionally warm. I give it 4 stars for two reasons: first, it isn’t really that soft and I think it would benefit from a thin liner to feel less scratchy on the skin of my ears and face; and second, the logo patch is really big and noticeable - I’m happy to tell people where it’s from, but I’d rather not have it literally written on my forehead… makes it feel super informal and also like I’m a walking billboard. Overall though, a very warm and comfy hat that I’ll wear when I’m out in nature this coming winter."

"It was shocking to me that a company with the mission of United by Blue packaged this hat in a typical plastic bag. I take a star off for packaging that seems contrary to their mission. The beanie is warm and comfy, though!"
