I can't speak to actually hiking in them (I think they'd be a bit too warm), because I use them for lounging around the house, when I want to give my feet that extra hug they deserve after a long day. Just the right amount of plush and insulation to keep the feet warm on a cool San Francisco evening.
I wear 8.5 in sneakers and the size small is just a touch too roomy - even after a wash. This is fine for lounging. Love these socks.”
