Embarrassing mistake in language

"While I love the inclusive intent behind this shirt ("Outdoors for All" shared in multiple languages), it is clear that the design department is lacking in the area of diversity and no one actually reads/understands Hebrew. The typeset of the letters (5th row) are "mirrored" horizontally (think the difference between a d vs b). I've reached out to United by Blue multiple times to inform them, however, they have either not responded to me or ignored/not addressed the issue. Disappointing that this could be a simple fix (or even check before printing with a Google image search) but they haven't addressed. I love the brand, however, I'm embarrassed and no longer wear this specific hoodie."

"This one ran too large in the XS size. Men's clothing needs to be sized in accordance with a diverse clientele. I'm not returning it because it can still be used in a baggy way and my partner can wear it, but this is an area where improvement can be made."
