“I love the bottle, but the lame strap you replaced the braided paracord carry handle with is a real disappointment. It is uncomfortable and stretches too much.
I was also disappointed that you chose to stop stocking the 32 ounce Waves bottle and had oversold it so I never got it when I did order it. I know you have other 32 ounce bottles, but this one was my favorite. It just wasn't right on your company's part.”
