Production Intern
Overview
To support the production team with sample management and maintaining accurate merchandise and order information systematically.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise Information
- Maintain item detail spreadsheets and upload new items into the system
- Update and manage item details in the system (costs, retails, attributes, etc)
- Create product SKUs and UPCs for all new products
- Purchase Order Information
- Enter purchase orders for manufacturers into the system
- Update purchase order ex-factory dates regularly to support accurate information being shared cross departmentally
- Update purchase orders to ensure they match pack lists once shipped
- Sample Management
- Support with physical movement of samples throughout the season and at the end of each season
- Receive and tag samples that arrive to the office and ensure tags are maintained as samples move throughout a season
- Pass or ship samples as needed cross departmentally
- Update sample tracker to ensure team knows where samples are at all times
- Other duties and projects as assigned

- Experience in Google Drive, Excel, Netsuite Oracle a plus and some math required
