“I ordered two sets of four of these solid ceramic plates and 2 of the 8 arrived with chips/cracks. When I contacted customer service they rapidly mailed me another set of four and told me to keep the chipped set. Now I have two plates to spare, even. Plates seem durable and long lasting, despite the damage during shipping. I love the neutral tones and that they have a lip (almost like a very shallow bowl). Thank you!”
