"The inside isn’t fuzzy and cozy like the outside. It’s almost like nylon which I did not expect. I can’t get past the collar… it cannot fold over. It sticks straight up and pokes me in the face/neck. Very strange design. I wish I could return it but unfortunately it’s final sale."
