“I LOVE this backpack. I bought it about nine months ago and it still looks fantastic - and I use bags quite heavily. It's super sturdy and completely dependable. The shoulder straps are comfy and you can fit a surprising amount into it, especially with the zip/roll-top feature (which I love) which means that you can make the bag bigger or smaller depending on what's in it. For lighter loads, you can roll the top down and shorten the closing strap; if you're going out and taking everything but the kitchen sink, you can do away with the closing strap altogether and simply zip the top closed. Even full to the brim, the bag is easy to use and carry around. The colour is great and the materials used are obviously very durable, while also looking smart. Delivery was quick, considering I'm in the UK and it came from the US.
Overall, this is an excellent product. Considering that there is very minimal wear and tear to it so far, I'll be using it for some time - thank you so much for making such an eco-friendly, high-performing product!!”

Not the Best
"The back pack still runs pretty small, I tired this one because the 9L was way too small for me and this one was just slightly bigger, the straps were way too short and Im only 5'1. I had the plastic adjuster kept stabbing me on my armpits and it hurt my back carrying a lot of things. Usually with other backpacks I can carry a good amount without feeling any pain on my back. The bag itself doesn't feel like the best quality, feels a little cheaply made but I guess that's what comes to making it out of recycled materials. Other than that the customer service was great, super responsive and helpful. The concept is nice with the extra pockets on the side and the water bottle holders aren't meant for tall bottles as mine kept falling out, so keep that in mind. It does have a little pocket inside of it for laptops which I thought was nice as well."

Hey, can I wash this bag in the washing machine? I cycle a lot so would love a bag I can just easily put in the washing, so it doesn't get smelly. Thank you!
