"Cold water was still cold at 14 hours. Good enough for me, as I usually consume my water within 9 hours. Hot coffee was barely warm, after 4 or 5 hours; room temperature, after that. Very disappointed. How can they claim 12 hours?"

I purchased this and adore it, however I dropped it and the lid busted. Do you sell replacement lids?
Hi Shara, so sorry to hear this happened! Unfortunately we don't sell individual lids at this time, but our bottles are compatible with lids from other wide mouth bottle brands such as HydroFlask and Simple Modern.
