Second disclosure, I have always been thrilled with the product I have received and if there was ever an issue, customer service has handled it immaculately. This sweatshirt is not one I would wear to work, even on casual Friday because of the strings and it looks a little too "dressed down" but it has a fantastic graphic on the front, the cuffs are well put together (meaning they won't fray), the strings are also well done and won't get ratty over time.
