“I already have a Hydroflask with a wide mouth and I bought the upgrade flip up straw attachment thingy. I LOVE the message on the side AND the fact that I can strap this to any purse, bag or whatever I am dragging around BUT I am a big believer in not buying things unless you need them. If Customer Service could not confirm for me that the flip straw attachment was compatible, I wasn't going to add "another bottle" to our house. We deliberately do not accumulate stuff. I called them. I was on hold for a while, not terrible long, but a while and the rep was so pleased when she got back on the phone with me -- it fits! -- I ordered it... and she was right! You guys have no idea how many Facebook pics that bottle is going to be appearing in, even in the background. I will #UBB for them all. THANK YOU. So happy!”

Design flaw
"I love this bottle in theory but in practice it has some issues. The ripcord strap must be treated as purely decorative. As much as I tightened it, it loosened again, and the bottle fell on the pavement and dented in the first week of use. I removed the strap so I wouldn’t accidentally grab it again. In addition, the screw off top is great for longer term beverage storage but not convenient for sipping. I’m looking into buying a replacement cap with straw but it would be nice if UBB offered those accessories for purchase."
